These terms govern your access to the PostSpring iPhone app, website, and publishing service.

Agreement and eligibility
By using PostSpring, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location and meet the age and account requirements of every connected platform.
The service
PostSpring helps you prepare and send content to selected social platforms. A request may finish at different times on each platform. We do not guarantee identical publication times, availability, reach, engagement, or acceptance.
Your responsibilities and content
You are responsible for your accounts, publishing choices, captions, rights, disclosures, and compliance with law and platform rules. You keep ownership of your content and give PostSpring a limited licence to host, process, copy, transmit, and adapt it only as needed to provide and secure the service.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law or platform rules; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; distribute malware or deceptive material; harass or exploit people; evade safeguards; access accounts without permission; or interfere with the service.
Subscriptions
Paid features, prices, trial terms, and billing periods are shown before purchase. App Store subscriptions are processed by Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current period. Apple’s rules and mandatory consumer rights apply.
Third-party platforms
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Apple, and other services have their own terms. PostSpring is independent and is not sponsored or endorsed by them. Platform changes, outages, reviews, quotas, or revoked permissions can limit features.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Nothing limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or removes mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those exceptions, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost reach, platform enforcement, or third-party rejection of content.
Termination, law and changes
You may stop using PostSpring and delete your account. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales while preserving mandatory protections available in your home country. We may update these terms and will provide appropriate notice before a material change takes effect.
